By completing the online enrollment application, you will be submitting an actual enrollment request to join a ConnectiCare Medicare Advantage plan. In most cases, once your application is submitted electronically, you're done. ConnectiCare will process your application and contact you if we need more information. Otherwise, you’ll receive your Welcome Kit and Member ID card in the mail.

Oct. 1, 2019 to Mar. 31, 2020, seven days a week, from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET and
Apr. 1, 2020 to Sept. 30, 2020, Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET.

Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in a ConnectiCare Medicare Advantage plan through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at www.medicare.gov.
