Medicare Supplement plans, also referred to as Medigap plans, help pay for some of the health care costs not covered by Original Medicare - Part A hospital insurance and Part B medical insurance.

With all ConnectiCare Medicare Supplement plans:

  • The freedom to see any doctor or visit any hospital nationwide that accepts Medicare patients

  • Guaranteed coverage for life – your plan will continue year after year as long as your premiums are paid on time and you follow the contract terms

  • Coverage for the four Basic Benefits which include: Hospitalization, medical expenses blood and hospice care

CONNECTICARE MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT PLANS

Plan A $303.00 ConnectiCare pays Part A and Part B coinsurance (20 percent of Medicare-approved expenses), Medicare pays 80 percent.
Plan B $267.53 ConnectiCare pays Part A and Part B coinsurance (20 percent of Medicare-approved expenses), Medicare pays 80 percent.

Plan B also provides coverage for the Part A deductible ($1,408 in 2020). This is the amount you pay before Medicare begins to pay for hospitalizations.
Plan F $260.00
ConnectiCare pays Part A and Part coinsurance (20 percent of Medicare-approved expenses), Medicare pays 80 percent.

Plan F also provides coverage for the Part A deductible ($1,408 in 2020), the Part B deductible ($198 in 2020), skilled nursing facility coinsurance, foreign emergency care, and 100% coverage of excess charges above what Medicare will pay on Part B.

Please Note: You can only enroll in this plan if you were eligible for Medicare before January 1, 2020.
High deductible Plan F $75.00
This is a high deductible plan that pays the same benefits as Plan F after you have paid the calendar year deductible of $2,340 in 2020. This means ConnectiCare will not begin to pay until your covered out-of-pocket expenses exceed $2,340 in 2020.

Please Note: You can only enroll in this plan if you were eligible for Medicare before January 1, 2020.
Plan G $247.71
ConnectiCare pays Part A and Part B coinsurance (20 percent of Medicare-approved expenses), Medicare pays 80 percent.

Plan G also provides coverage for the Part A deductible ($1,408 in 2020), skilled nursing facility coinsurance, foreign emergency care, and 100% coverage of excess charges above what Medicare will pay on Part B.
High deductible Plan G $60.00
This is a high deductible plan that pays the same benefits as Plan G after you have paid the calendar year deductible of $2,340 in 2020. This means ConnectiCare will not begin to pay until your covered out-of-pocket expenses exceed $2,340 in 2020.
Plan N $160.00
ConnectiCare pays Part A coinsurance and Part B coinsurance except for copayments up to:

  • $20 for some doctor office visits
  • $50 emergency room visits that do not result in an inpatient admission
Plan N also provides coverage for the Part A deductible ($1,408 in 2020), skilled nursing facility coinsurance, and foreign emergency care.
